A Corporate Strategy & Innovations professional, Siddharth has had the opportunity to lead innovation initiatives across companies in the telecom, healthcare, internet, IT and the financial services space. An innovation evangelist, he has more than a decade of innovation management experience orienting the culture of companies he has been associated with. Siddharth conducts workshops and training sessions with a number of companies where apart from consulting executive management, he works with teams to come up with a stage-gate innovation processes and strategies which help organizations be better prepared to deal with possible future opportunities and disruption threats.
Siddharth is the winner of the ‘Disruptive Innovator Award- 2016 (Healthcare Category)’ at the Global Innovation Summit in Dubai for his work on Additive manufacturing. Siddharth has won the prestigious Peter Drucker Challenge twice (2012 and 2014) and is one of the finalist at the MIT Tech Reviews Young Innovators under-35 (India, Class of 2013). Author of the book ‘Asia Incredible’, his upcoming book on Innovation and digital transformation ‘Methods to Madness’, due for a 2019 release, has found immense interest among the readers and the media alike.
Siddharth is a keynote/panel speaker at various international forums and he continually writes for a number of magazines, journals and websites on the subject. A mentor to a number of high potential startups, Siddharth is connected to a number of incubator and accelerator groups where he helps startups decipher their go-to-market strategies. Passionate about teaching innovation and entrepreneurship to business students, Siddharth is engaged with a number of top-tier business schools as a Visiting faculty/guest lecturer. He has also engaged with Darden Business School, the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign among others where he is works with faculty members mentoring students.
