Request to remove content due to copyright

As part of our pledge to help thought leaders, industry experts and corporate practitioners share their knowledge, perspective and experience, we work directly with each of them to share their high-value and trusted content. However, as part of that, The Future Shapers team respect the fact that although unlikely, there is always the possibility that some of our authors may potentially infringe on the copyright of others.

So, our policy is to respond as fast as possible to clear and specific notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe you are the copyright owner of any piece of content, in part or whole, featured on www.thefutureshapers.com and you wish to request or initiate the process of removal of any thought piece, in part or whole, please in the first instance email us at copyright@thefutureshapers.com clearly marking your email urgent and adding ‘Take-down Notice’ into the subject line.

In the email, please send us the url to the specific thought piece and outline the section that you feel infringes copyright owned by you in any way, shape or form. Please also supply us with any evidence that supports this claim.

When we receive your email, we’ll review it and act accordingly so as to help protect the copyright of the true owner. We’ll immediately notify the author of the thought piece and then connect you together so you can directly agree who the true owner of the copyright is.

If the copyright does indeed belong to you, it is your right to have it removed. As such, please send us an official request to copyright@thefutureshapers.com clearly marking your email urgent and adding ‘Take-down Notice’ into the subject line.

In the email, please send us the url to the specific thought piece and outline the section that you have agreed with the author infringes copyright owned by you. Please supply us with any evidence that supports the infringement and confirmation of the agreement between you and the author that the content, in part or whole, is to be removed.

Best regards
The Future Shapers
