Alice de Casanove is leading culture transformation at Airbus North America. She initiates new ways of working, supporting digital and business transformation. In her previous role she was responsible for instilling a culture of innovation at the Defence and Space division of Airbus.
Alice plays a pivoting role in the publication of the ISO referential on good practices in innovation management (ISO 56000 series). Since 2013 she has been chairing the international committee gathering of 50+ countries, in close coordination with WTO, OECD, WIPO and the World Bank.
Alice has started her career at a deep tech start up in cryptography and machine learning and then joined Sagem to manage and develop the value of the Innovation portfolio of the French telecom manufacturer. She has joined the entrepreneurial adventure of Mobiclip , a company developing video technologies and catch-up TV platforms for handheld devices. The start-up was acquired by Nintendo. Alice graduated from Telecom Paristech with majors in artificial intelligence and signal processing.
